Augustine, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Prague is located in a complex of 7 historically significant buildings including a 13th century Augustinian monastery. The monks of the Augustinian order lives in adjacent estate and act in the baroque St. Thomas Church.

The Augustinian spirit and the touch of monastic life can be felt in every part of the hotel – from iconic room accessories and artistic features over unforgettable spa treatments inspired by the ancient recipes and impressive archangel frescoes in the Refectory Bar 1887 to the emblematic St. Thomas Brewery Bar located in the cellar of the original St. Thomas brewery. Monks‘ extraordinary heritage outlasts until today in form of  the fabled St. Thomas Beer, which is brewed especially for the Augustine.

The monks get involved in the present hotel life as well. They participate at hotel events and unveil secrets of the monastery and its historic library during tours provided exclusively to the Augustine's guests.
